Auditions are September 17 and 18, 2022. Mandatory parent meetings on September 7 and 13.

OPEN NUTCRACKER AUDITIONS 9-11&12-21
NUTCRACKER AUDITIONS WILL BE HELD AT CHAMBERLAIN SCHOOL OF BALLET
Open auditions for children’s roles in Chamberlain Ballet’s The Nutcracker 2021
Ages for auditions: 6 and up
Please note: children must be 6 or older by the end of November, 2021 to audition for the cast.
Rehearsals will be held weekends during October and November, and at the Eisemann Center Tuesday, November 23 and Wednesday, November 24
Details on dates and times depend on roles cast
Performances will be Friday, November 26, Saturday, November 27 and Sunday, November 28 at the Eisemann Center in Richardson, Texas
Mandatory Parent Meeting - Must Attend in order to Register for Auditions
There will be a Mandatory parent meeting on Tuesday, September 7 at 6:00pm and Wednesday, September 8, at 7:00pm. One parent or guardian must attend one of the meetings for your child to audition. The meetings will be held at 3003 W 15th Street, Plano TX 75075.
Your child needs to attend one of the two audition dates:
Saturday - September 11, 2021
Sunday - September 12, 2021
Ages 6 - 8 will audition from 1:30pm to 3:00pm
Ages 9 - 12 will audition from 2:45pm to 4:15pm
Ages 13+ will audition from 4:00pm to 6:00pm
Casting for the performance will be announced no later than Friday, September 17
Registration for Auditions will be sent following attendance at the Parent Meeting in September

Open auditions will be held Sunday, August 22 at Chamberlain School of Ballet, 3003 W. 15th Street, Plano, TX 7505
2:00 pm - Ages 11 to 14
4:00 pm - Ages 14 and older
Performances, Productions and Programs
Chamberlain Ballet is committed to presenting excellent ballet to enrich the North Texas Community, enlighten with arts education, and encourage through outreach programs. Chamberlain Ballet Company Members perform in fully staged productions including The Nutcracker on Thanksgiving weekend and community performances throughout North Texas. Our Company Members attend the Regional Dance America Southwest Festival, which will be held in the Dallas area for 2022. Chamberlain Ballet offers Master Classes in addition to rehearsals throughout the year, featuring world class artists such as our guests this past year Lauren Anderson (Houston Ballet) and Tyler Angle (New York City Ballet). All Company Members must take Ballet Technique classes at Chamberlain School of Ballet, our official training school. Placement in the Company is based on the August auditions and at the discretion of the artistic team.
